Colored boxes for a famous product
Our client was a rather creative person. Therefore, he asked us to make his unusual pizza boxes. He wanted a WOW effect so that they would surprise everyone.
From the wishes, the following was voiced:
boxes should be bright, comfortable, durable, and practical;
material - environmentally friendly;
Box model - self-assembled.
We took all the points into account and got down to work.
Convenient self-assembly design
Since the client wanted convenient and practical containers, we immediately offered him a model. It is assembled according to pre-marked creases and perfectly matches the product of our client - pizza. For the customer, we have produced two different sizes. A small box - for a small pizza, a bigger one - for a medium one. We made dies individually for the client.
Material - three-layer corrugated cardboard of white-brown color.
Saturated design
The design of the box was planned in a specific style that the client himself wanted. To apply the design to the containers, we were provided with all the necessary files, which we adapted to our equipment. Two-color flexo printing was used in the project. The matched pantones are bright orange and graphite black.
For the client of this case, a 3D visualization of the box was also presented (service for an additional fee).

The client needed to make a large enough number of boxes, 5000 pieces, and it took us a little over three weeks. Namely:
choice of design - 1 day;
production of punching and flexo forms - 3 days;
selection of Pantone, approval, and application of design - 2 days;
Production of a batch of 5,000 pcs. - 16 days.
